Exporting and sharing reports
How to download, copy, or share your analysis results.
Threadline makes it easy to share your insights with colleagues and stakeholders.
Copying the report
In the Report tab, click Copy Report to copy the full analysis narrative to your clipboard. You can then paste it into a Google Doc, Notion page, email, or slide deck.
Downloading as PDF
Click Download PDF in the Report tab to save a formatted PDF version of your analysis. The PDF includes the journey narrative, key themes, and recommendations.
Sharing a link
Threadline does not currently support shareable public links for analyses. To share results, use the copy or PDF download options above.
Saving an analysis
Analyses are automatically saved to your account. You can access previous analyses from the analysis history panel on the CFA page.
Exporting raw data
On paid plans, you can export the mapped and annotated feedback as a CSV. This gives you each piece of feedback along with the journey stage, theme, and sentiment score that Threadline assigned to it. Look for the Export CSV button in the results area.
Troubleshooting
The PDF download button is not appearing
PDF export is available on paid plans. If you're on the free plan, use the Copy Report option instead.
My exported CSV is missing some columns
The CSV export includes the columns available for your plan. If you need additional data fields, contact [email protected] to discuss your needs.
