What's included in each plan and how billing works.
Threadline offers a free plan and paid plans designed for different team sizes and usage levels.
Free plan
- 5 analysis credits (one-time, on sign-up)
- Access to CSV upload and online sources
- Standard and In-depth analysis quality
- Report copy and PDF download
Paid plans
Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation, access to all data sources (including support system integrations), Foresight quality analyses, and priority support.

How billing works
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing offers a discount versus monthly.
Your credit allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
Upgrading or downgrading
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Pricing page. Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile settings. You'll retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Troubleshooting
I upgraded but my credit balance hasn't updated
Try refreshing the page. If your credits still show the old amount after a few minutes, contact [email protected] with your account email and we'll fix it promptly.
I was charged but didn't mean to be
Contact [email protected] immediately with your account email and transaction details. We'll look into it right away.
