A quick reference to every source Threadline can import from.

Threadline can pull feedback from a wide range of sources. Here's a full reference.

Upload

Type	Details
CSV / Excel	Any spreadsheet with a text column. Supports .csv and .xlsx files up to 10 MB.

Online Sources (no login required)

Source	What you need
Google Play	Your app's package name (e.g. com.yourcompany.app)
Apple App Store	Your app's numeric ID (found in the App Store URL)
Trustpilot	Your business domain or Trustpilot business name
Reddit	Subreddit name(s) and optional keyword filters

Direct Connect (authentication required)

Source	Authentication
Zendesk	Subdomain + API token
Intercom	OAuth (you'll be redirected to authorise)
Freshdesk	Domain + API key

Combine any combination of the above into a single analysis using the Multi-Source tab.
