What is Threadline?

A plain-English introduction to what Threadline does and who it's for.

Threadline is a customer experience (CX) intelligence platform. It takes real customer feedback — from reviews, support tickets, social media, or your own CSV files — and turns it into clear, structured insights about your customer journey.

What does Threadline actually do?

Instead of reading hundreds of individual reviews or tickets, Threadline:

  1. Maps feedback to journey stages — It identifies which stage of the customer journey (Awareness, Onboarding, Usage, Support, etc.) each piece of feedback belongs to.
  2. Identifies themes and signals — It groups feedback into recurring topics so you can see patterns at a glance.
  3. Scores sentiment — Each journey stage gets a sentiment score so you can see where customers feel positively and where they feel friction.
  4. Predicts risks — Threadline surfaces early warning signals of churn, trust issues, and experience gaps before they become bigger problems.
  5. Generates reports — Produces board-ready summaries and journey narratives you can share with stakeholders.

Who is it for?

Threadline is designed for CX professionals, product managers, and customer insight teams who want to understand the full customer experience — not just isolated data points.

What does it not do?

Threadline is not a live chat tool, a CRM, or a ticketing system. It is a dedicated analysis and intelligence layer that sits on top of your existing feedback sources.
