How to sign up, verify your email, and get into the platform.

Getting started with Threadline takes less than two minutes.

Step 1 — Sign up

  1. Go to trythreadline.com and click Try Free or Sign up.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password.
  3. Click Create account.

Step 2 — Verify your email

Threadline sends a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link inside to activate your account. The link expires after 24 hours.

If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Step 3 — Access the platform

Once verified, you're taken directly into the Customer Feedback Analysis (CFA) tool. Your account starts with 5 free analysis credits so you can explore straight away — no payment details required.

What is an organization?

When you sign up, Threadline automatically creates a personal organization for you. This is where your analyses, settings, and credits live. If you later invite colleagues, they join your organization.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the verification email

Check your spam and promotions folders. If it's not there, wait 5 minutes and then try resending from the sign-in page. Make sure the email address you entered is correct.

The verification link says it has expired

Go to the sign-in page and click 'Resend verification email' to get a fresh link.

I can't sign in after verifying

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If that doesn't help, try signing out and back in, or clearing your browser cookies for trythreadline.com.
